Delivery Coverage

Awanishop.com provides delivery services within the Sultanate of Oman and selected GCC countries, subject to logistics availability and carrier coverage.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time varies based on location and product type. Standard orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.

For orders within Muscat (within store service area), same-day delivery is available during business hours, subject to order confirmation time and delivery workload capacity.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered via third-party courier services or cargo companies depending on size, weight, and destination. The selection of shipping method is at the discretion of Awanishop.com.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional charges may apply or the order may be returned to the warehouse.

Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Awanishop.com shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately and the customer may refuse acceptance. Claims made after acceptance may not be honored.

Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and confirmation of receipt.

Delays and Force Majeure

Awanishop.com is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other force majeure events as defined in Section 25.
