3. Shipping Fees and Conditions

The standard shipping fee for small and medium-sized orders is generally OMR 2.
For bulky or heavy orders, shipment will be handled through cargo services, and the shipping cost will be calculated separately.

Orders exceeding OMR 30 qualify for free shipping within Oman.

4. Tax

In accordance with the tax laws of the Sultanate of Oman, a 5% tax will be applied to all invoices.

5. Out-of-Stock Items and Refunds

If an item is out of stock or if there is an issue verifying stock availability during purchase, the paid amount will be credited to the customer’s account on the website.
If the customer requests a refund, the amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer within a maximum of 48 business hours.

6. Free Shipping Coverage

Free shipping services are available only within the Sultanate of Oman.

7. Return Policy

Return requests may only be submitted within two weeks of product delivery, and returns will only be accepted under the following conditions.

7.1 Return Period

The return period is two weeks from the date of delivery.

7.2 Acceptable Return Conditions

  • The product must be free from any damage.
